1. Website purpose

This website introduces ICI Services and its proposed supplier sourcing, quote comparison and procurement coordination services for business customers. It provides information and a way to submit inquiries. It is not an online store or a live inventory system.

2. Inquiries and engagements

Sending the contact form transmits your details and message to ICI Services for review and response. It does not create a service agreement, place an order or authorize a purchase. Any engagement requires separately agreed scope, fees, responsibilities and commercial terms.

The service provider is Iciservices LLC, at 1902 Everlast Terrace, Sebring, FL 33875, USA. The agreed scope and commercial terms will be set out in the engagement documentation before you commit. A separate signed agreement takes precedence for the services it covers.

3. Sourcing and supplier information

Supplier prices, stock, specifications, lead times and delivery estimates may change and must be confirmed with the relevant supplier. You are responsible for reviewing and approving purchase decisions and any supplier terms. We do not guarantee a particular supplier, price, saving or delivery date through this website.

Specialist engineering advice, product compliance certification, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, installation and regulated professional services are outside the website offer unless expressly addressed in a separate agreement with appropriately qualified providers.

4. Information you submit

Please provide information you are entitled to share and take reasonable care that specifications and contact details are accurate. Do not submit confidential third-party materials without authorization. Do not use the form for unlawful content, unsolicited advertising, impersonation or malicious files.

5. Website content and imagery

Website text, design and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use this site to evaluate our services and contact us. Commercial reproduction or reuse requires permission unless applicable law permits it.

Product imagery is illustrative, including AI-assisted studio compositions. It does not identify stocked items, supplied products or completed client projects.

6. Availability and external services
